It's not working for my video

We are trying to support as many websites as possible. The internet changes everyday, technologies evolve, webpage update. We are trying to always improve and adapt. But sometimes, it fails. Here is what you can do:

First, identify the issue. What exactly doesn't work?

Your video is not detected.

Click on "No Video > Force Detection". If it doesn't work: click on the "Report" button, or let us know.

Your video is detected, but after clicking "download" , it fails.

Click on the red "report" button or let us let us know.

Your video gets downloaded, but then the video is unplayable

First, try a better video player. See our recommendations. If it still doesn't work, click on the "bug icon > report", or let us let us know.
